These terms govern your use of LinkMngr. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
The service
LinkMngr provides tools for creating and managing branded links, domains, analytics, and link-in-bio pages. We may change, improve, or discontinue parts of the service when reasonably necessary.
Accounts and payments
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
Paid plans are billed on the billing cycle you choose and renew unless you cancel them. You can manage a paid plan from account settings. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
Acceptable use
Do not use LinkMngr to distribute malware, phishing, spam, deceptive content, illegal material, or content that infringes someone else’s rights. Do not interfere with the service, bypass limits or security controls, or use the service in a way that could harm LinkMngr or other users. We may suspend or remove content or accounts that violate these terms.
Your links and content
You retain responsibility for the destinations, content, and claims behind links and pages you create. You give us the limited permission needed to host, process, and display that content in order to operate LinkMngr.
Availability and liability
We work to keep LinkMngr available and secure, but the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available in every place. To the extent permitted by law, Glaxosoft LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will be posted here. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
